This period starts on the day you receive an email from the company saying they have despatched your order and ends 30 days after the day following delivery of the goods. Certain items like pierced jewellery and specially personalised or engraved pieces are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee.
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard or Next Day delivery with free Standard delivery being offered for orders between £50 and £150 and free Next Day delivery for orders of £150 or more. Alternatively you can elect to have your order sent free of charge to an Ernest Jones store of your choice for you to collect.
