By dealing on the internet and cutting out the overheads of retail premises and staff they are able to offer goods at very low profit margins. Diamond Geezer has seven diamond specialists to offer you advice and guidance; three jewellery designers plus an online design facility. They do have a retail store but can offer you better value if you shop online.
Diamond Geezer offer a full refund within 7 days of receipt if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered, with the exception of items which have been personalised with engravings or specially designed and created for a client.
Delivery from stock is usually by Royal Mail special delivery unless otherwise stated and the normal leads time is between 24-48 hours. A seven day/24 hour order tracking service is provided by the company.
