Beaverbrooks is a Lancashire-based firm which has been operating since 1919 selling diamonds, jewellery and watches on the internet and across 58 outlets. The Beaverbrooks web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details which encrypts all the information you supply. They offer free delivery to UK addresses and aim to get your order to you within 14 days, but keep you updated on its status by email. Orders paid for by cheque take longer as the goods cannot be despatched until the cheque clears.
Beaverbrooks offer three Interest Free Credit payment terms on purchases of £450 or over;
6 or 9 months which require a 10% deposit or 12 months requires a 20% deposit. Beaverbrooks have a special offer until the end of the year that if you spend £750 or more you can take out interest free credit over 3 years (requires a 20% deposit). If you choose on of these as your payment option you can fill out an application form online and receive a response in about 20 seconds to let you know if your application has been accepted by the credit company.
Beaverbrooks offer an exchange, credit note or refund on your purchase if it is returned within 30 days from receipt and in pristine condition, with its original packaging and relevant receipts and documentation. This offer does not include personalised items including engraving or special orders. An exchange or credit of your purchase can be done on line or at any Beaverbrooks store.
