All orders are delivered fast and free worldwide. Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for orders from the UK (unless they are under £50 when they are sent first class registered delivery) and Royal Mail Airsure for overseas orders. The latest anticipated delivery times are shown on every individual item, although the actual delivery time is almost always much faster than this. All items are delivered in a very attractive solid hardwood presentation box which is provided free of charge. Ampalian also supply a replacement valuation for insurance purposes.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can obtain a refund provided the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt exactly as supplied with any tags still in tact. The only exception to this are goods intended to pierce the skin which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and ladies rings can only be returned if they are sizes K to S and men’s W to M. Any sizes outside these ranges have been specially made for the customer and cannot be refunded.
